Salad with Eggy Dressing
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/2 c oil
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp minced onion
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
mixed greens
Mash the egg yolk to a paste with the mustard and Worcestershire
Sauce. Blend in the vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients except
the egg white. Mix well. Serve over mixed greens. Top with sieved
egg white.
