Carrot Zucchini

CURRIED CARROT AND ZUCCHINI SALAD
3 medium-sized zucchini
3 carrots
3 green onions
2 T lemon juice
1/2 c olive oil
3/4 t curry powder
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Slice zucchini and carrots thinly. Chop the green onions, including
about 3" of the tops. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over
vegetables. Toss to mix. Chill and serve.
