1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerettes, then finely chopped
1 head broccoli, cut in flowerettes, then finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Combine vegetables in either glass or plastic bowl. Set aside.
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in small bowl. Pour
over vegetables and fold gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
