Corn Salad
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup sweet pickles, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3-4 slices American cheese, cut into strips
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve.
