Mexican Cornbread Salad
1 Mexican corn bread mix, baked
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. bell pepper, diced
1 med. tomato, diced
1 cup salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Crumble corn bread and add to other ingredients. Stir until well
mixed. Place in a covered dish and let chill in the refrigerator
for a few minutes.
