Cranberry Freeze
12 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons mayonaise not salad dressing
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
2 9-oz cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup pecans chopped
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Blend cream cheese, mayo, and sugar. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in
whipped cream. Pour into 2 glass loaf pans, and cover with plastic.
Freeze at least 6 hours. Thaw 15 minutes before serving.
