MOLDED CRANBERRY WALDORFS
1 pint bottle (2 c.) cranberry-juice cocktail
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped unpared apple
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. broken walnuts
Heat 1 cup of cranberry juice cocktail just to boiling. Dissolve
gelatin in it. Add rest of juice and salt. Chill till partially
set. Stir in apple, celery and nuts. Pour into 6 individual molds
and chill till set.
