Cranberry Salad

5 packages fresh cranberries
3-20 oz. cans chunk pineapple, retain juice
2 cups walnuts
Sugar to taste (approximately 1-2 cups)

In a blender or food processor, first cut up cranberries into coarse
pieces. Then process pineapple and walnuts into coarse pieces.

Mix fruit, pineapple juice and nuts into a bowl.

Stir in 1 cup sugar and gradually add more to taste. You need less
sugar if you are letting the salad sit for a while to chill and
more if you are serving within several hours.

Serves 10-12
