FROZEN FRUIT CAKE SALAD
1 cup sour cream
4 1/2 oz. whipped topping
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
13 oz can crushed pineapple
3 bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts
red maraschino cherries
Mix ingredients and freeze at least 24 hours. Use a loaf pan or
angel food cake pan. Slice and serve just like a regular fruit
cake.
