Mixed Fruit Salad
3 ripe bananas
2 apples (Red or Yellow Delicious)
2 ripe pears
3/4 cup organic raisins
1/2 cup organic apple juice
Peel apples, pears, and bananas. Cut all fruit into small pieces,
add raisins, pour apple juice over the fruit, cover and refrigerate.
Serve chilled. Freshly grated or unsweetened coconut flakes may
be added if desired.
