4 large half-ripe guavas, grated, without seeds
1/2 litre fresh yoghourt
100 gm table cheese, grated
2 tsp mustard paste
1 small fresh tender cucumber, sliced round
1large white or pink onion, sliced round
1 large ripe, salad tomato, sliced round
1 medium sized crisp lettuce, leaves separated, and washed
1 tsp ground sugar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Tie yogurt in cloth and hang for about an hour to remove excess
In a bowl, mix guava, cheese, yoghurt, mustard, pepper, salt and
sugar and chill for about an hour.
Arrange lettuce, onion and tomatoes in layers on a flat salad dish.
Put the grated guava mix in the center.
