Jellied Melon Salad
Yield: 2- quart mold

2 Tbsp (2 envelopes) unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 3/4 cup ginger ale
2 cups small balls or cubes of watermelon
2 cups small balls or cubes of cantaloupe
2 cups small balls or cubes of honeydew melon

Soften gelatin in cold water. Stir over hot water until thoroughly
dissolved. Add the lemon juice and ginger ale. Stir. Combine the
fruits and arrange them in a 2-quart salad mold. Pour the gelatin
mixture over melon balls. Chill until firm. Unmold.
