Cranberry/Pineapple Jell-O
1 large box Raspberry Jell-O
1 can whole cranberry sauce (do not drain)
1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 large container sour cream
Mix Jell-O as directed but add only 1 3/4 cup cold water. Add
cranberry sauce and pineapple. Put half in a 13 x 9 pan and chill
until set. When set, spread sour cream on top and pour remaining
Jell-O on top. Return to fridge and chill until set.
