MAIDS A MILKING SALAD
15-1/2 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
6 oz. package orange flavored gelatin
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
12 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Place pineapple in a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
Stir in buttermilk, coconut, and pecans; cool. Fold in whipped
topping; pour into 13 x 9 inch dish. Chill until firm.
