Frosted Jell-O salad

1 large box lime Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
2 cups seven-up
1 can crushed pineapple
2 large bananas

Dissolve Jell-O in water. Stir in 7-up. Chill until partly set.
Drain pineapple, save juice. Fold in pineapple and bananas. Chill
until firm.


1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup whipped cream

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in juice and egg. Cook
until thickened. Add butter, mix well and chill. Fold into whipped
cream. Frost mixture.
