Sinful Salad
6 oz pkg strawberry gelatine
1 cup boiling water
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped pecans
2 (10oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint sour cream
In a medium bowl, combine gelatin and hot water. Stir until gelatin
is dissolved. Cool. Add bananas, pecans, strawberries and pineapple
to gelatin and stir. Divide mixture in half. Pour half of the
mixture into an 8 x 12 pan. Refrigerate until set. When set,
spread with sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin over. Cover and
refrigerate until set.
