Pink Pudding
Serves 10.
1 c crushed pineapple
1/2 c water
1/2 c sugar
4 oz cream cheese
1 small pkg. black cherry gelatin
1 can evaporated milk chilled in can (or cool-whip)
Bring to boil pineapple, water and sugar. Add cream cheese and
gelatin. Mix well. Beat milk with mixer on high, till fluffy. Fold
pineapple mixture into whipped milk till mixed well. Refrigerate
one hour before serving.
