7 Layer Salad
1 medium head lettuce
1/2 cup cut green pepper
1 package frozen and unthawed peas
2 cup mayonnaise
4 oz. (1 cup) grated sharp cheese
1/2 cup finely cut celery
2 Tbsp sugar
6 to 8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
5 chopped eggs
Layer salad by ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. In separate bowl, mix
together sugar and mayonnaise. Spread over salad. Crumble bacon
on top. Cover tightly and refrigerate.
