7 Layer Salad
Dressing (can make 2 days ahead of time):
2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
pinch of salt
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate .
Use 7 different layers of your choice, or in a glass bowl or 13 x
9 pan put:
lettuce (1 small head)
box frozen peas
fresh chopped spinach (1 bunch)
1/2 chopped onion
1 lb. cooked bacon crumbled
shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
chopped boiled eggs (8-10)
Pour dressing over top.
