Fresh Mozarella and Peach Salad
1 peach
1 mozarella round
assorted salad leaves
strips of parma or other ham
Scatter assorted salad leaves over a salad plate Over the leaves
place chunks of ripe peach, and chucks of mozarella, torn by hand.
Optional: add cherry tomatoes and fresh watercress with the salad
greens.
