Orange Sherbet Salad Mold
6 oz. pkg orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 qt orange sherbet
11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in orange juice and sherbet
to dissolve. Refrigerate until partially set. Pour over oranges
arranged on bottom of 6 cup mold. Chill firm. Serves 8.
