Print this Recipe    LEMON CAESAR PASTA SALAD

16 oz. bow ties pasta
2 cups fresh green beans, bite size pieces (French cut is so pretty)
3 TBS vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon low-salt Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
salt to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 TBS fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta for about 10 minutes in boiling water. Add green beans
during last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Rinse with cold water;
drain.

Place in bowl and toss with remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and
cheese; toss. Add tomatoes and toss lightly. Serve sprinkled with
cheese.
