Egg Noodle Pasta Salad

1 lb medium-size egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup shredded carrot (peeled first)
1 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped green onion

1 package Good Seasons Italian dressing
2 TB lemon
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

3 oz. parmesan cheese

Mix dressing mix, lemon, and vinegar together. Whisk in olive oil
slowly.

Mix together all salad ingrediants in large mixing bowl. Add
dressing. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Immediately before serving, add parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
