Creamy Italian Toss
Yield: 6 Servings

7 oz package spaghetti, (if desired, break into thirds)
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni (4 oz)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse and drain
in cold water. In a small bowl, stir together next 5 ingredients.
Set aside. In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Add
dressing, toss well to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours. 4-6
servings.
