Black Pepper Slaw

1 large head caggage
1 bell pepper, can mix 1/2 red and 1/2 green for color
1 large onion
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup oil
1 TBLS mustard
1/4 tsp dill seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 TBLS salt
3 TBLS black pepper
1 cup sugar

In your blender grate together cabbage, bell pepper and onion.
Drain well. Sprinkle the sugar over top. Do not stir. Put remaining
ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and pour mixture over cabbage, mix well. Keep
refrigerated. Best served next day.
