Salat Znonit Beshamenet (Radish & Red Onion Salad)
Serves 6
1 tablespoon red wine Vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1 c sour cream
24 medium radishes, trimmed & cut into 1/8" slices
1 small red onion, cut into 1/8" rings
Combine first four ingredients. Beat in sour cream a few tablespoons
at a time. Then fold in radishes and onions. Chill at least one
hour.
