Romaine Salad

2 heads Romaine, torn up
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
1 avacado, cut up
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese


Dressing:

1/3 cup minced shallots
2 T. brown spicy mustard
3/4 cup olive oil
3 T. cider vinegar or raspberry vinegar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Make in the usual manner.
