Sauerkraut Salad
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 can Veg-All (or similar canned diced assorted vegetables)
1 large tomato, diced
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 Tbsp sour cream
Toss first three ingredients together. Combine mayonnaise and sour
cream and toss with salad. Serve immediately.
