Spinach Salad With Lemon Dressing
Serves 4
1 lb fresh spinach
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
3 tbls lemon juice
3 tbls sour cream
1/2 cup oil
Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds. Toss with
spinach and serve.
