Strawberry Jello Salad
Ingredients:
(3) - 3oz or (1) - Large Strawberry Jello
1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Package Frozen Strawberries (in syrup or not)
2 Small Bananas
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries to mixture.
Add Pineapple with juice.
Mash bananas and add.
Put half of mixture into 9x13 glass dish and refrigerate until solid.
Spread sour cream on top of refrigerated half and then pour remaining mixture on top of the sour cream.
Refrigerate until gel is set and then serve.
Notes:
This makes a very pretty Thanksgiving/Christmas salad.
It can also be made with Rasberry Jello & Rasberries instead of strawberry.
