1 can kidney beans, drained
1 lb. hamburger cooked with taco seasoning, drained and cooled
1 head lettuce, chopped or shredded
1 package grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Thousand Island salad dressing
Combine lettuce, hamburger, beans, scallions, tomatoes and cheese.
Serve with Doritos crumbled on top and Thousand Island dressing.
To make it lower in fat, substitute ground turkey for the hamburger,
use a fat-free Thousand Island dressing and crumble up baked tortilla
chips instead of fried ones.
