10 roma tomatoes, quartered
1 ripe avocado, cut into medium chunks
4 oz feta cheese, cubed
3-4 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Cut and mix the tomatoes, avocado, feta, and basil. drizzle
olive oil and vinegar on this, plus about 1 tsp. lemon juice
or the juice of 1/2 of a fresh lemon. add salt and pepper to taste.
mix, let sit for an hour before serving.
