Cold Tuna Salad
1 large can solid white tuna meat in water
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP yellow prepared mustard, or 2 TBSP of India relish or sweet relish
dash of salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh celery
1 tsp celery seed
4 chopped hard-cooked eggs
Drain tuna and place in medium size bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
Blend all ingredients together gently, and refrigerate till ready
to serve.
