SALAT IZ TELIATINI S OGURTSAMI
(Russian Veal and Cucumber Salad)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cold diced veal
1 cup diced peeled cucumbers
1/2 cup diced peeled tart apples
2 cups diced cold cooked potatoes
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and worchestershire. Add remaining
ingredients and toss carefully. Serve very cold. Serves 6
