Health Salad

2 cups cabbage, shredded
green pepper, diced
celery, diced
cauliflower, diced
broccoli, diced
black olives, sliced
pepperoni slices
longhorn or provolone cheese, diced
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons celery seeds, optional
1/3 cup olive oil

Make up a big bowlful of vegetables. Bring vinegar, sugar and
celery seeds to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cool and then add olive
oil. Pour over vegetables and let set at least eight hours before
serving. Save dressing and keep adding more vegetables if wanted.
