Print this Recipe    Watergate Salad

1 small box pistachio instant Jello pudding
1 large container Cool Whip
21 oz can crushed pineapple, drained, juice reserved
1/2 bag mini-marshmallows (about 1 cup)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
flaked coconut (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Add enough pineapple juice to mixture to make
it creamy. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

This is an easy, last minute dessert for any occassion. It tastes so light. You can adjust it to your own tastes. Sometimes I put cherries in it. Sometimes I used chunk pineapple instead of crushed. It stands alone just great but you can adjust it so easily.

i think this certain dessert was amazing. it has a nice color to it and tastes really really good. i think dont people can get full on this.hehe..
