Watermelon Salad
6 watermelon wedges
1 1/2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 1/2 cups cubed honeydew
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
1/4 cup raspberry vinaigrette
Arrange watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew on salad plates. Scatter
tarragon over melons, drizzle with vinaigrette. Serve.
