Avocado-Orange Salsa
3/4 cup orange segments
3/4 cup avocado, peeled seeded and cut in 1/2 in cubes
juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 pinch dried red pepper flakes
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and toss gently. Serve with chips, or as
a side for fish or chicken.
