Salsa Cerveza with Tortilla Chips
1 1/4 lbs (1/2 kg) tomatoes, seeded, drained, and chopped 1/4 cup chili beer 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 1/2 cup onion 3 jalapenos, minced 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least two hours, chill if desired. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Serve with tortilla chips.
