Avocado-corn Salsa
2 cups white corn, drained 3 large avocados, chopped 1/4 cup green chiles, roasted and diced 1 jalapeno, diced 1/4 cup white onions, chopped 1/2 plum tomato, seeded and diced 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 clove garlic, minced pinch oregano pinch black pepper pinch celery salt salt, to taste lime juice, a squeeze
Gently fold all ingredients except salt and lime together in a mixing bowl. Salt to taste and top with lime juice. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving.
