Salsa Fresca
6 large tomatoes, chopped 1/4 bunch cilantro, minced 1 large Red onion, minced 1-2 jalapeno peppers, deseeded and deveined salt juice of 2 limes or one lemon
If you like you can put the jalepeno and cilantro in a blender and just add the rest of ingredients. (I prefer chunky sauce) Good for about 4 days tightly covered and refrigerated.
