Habanero Orange

Orange Habanero Salsa
1 habanero
2 carrots
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp chopped white onion
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup ginger pickle juice
1 teaspoon sugar
zest of 1/2 orange
Steam the carrots and garlic with water until soft in the microwave.
Put everything in the blender and pureed till smooth. Adjust
flavours.
