Habanero Fire Sauce
1/2 oz dried habaneros 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1/4 cup red bell pepper 3/4 quart buttermilk 1 cup mayo black pepper
In a standard food processor, reconstitute habaneros in 1/4 cup warm water and chop them up in the processor. Add a little buttermilk and whirl again. Add parsley and red pepper and whirl again. Add mayo and whirl again. Add the rest of the ingredients and top off with buttermilk until processor is full. Blend again.
This makes about a quart of sauce. It is incendiary. Be careful when chopping habaneros initially as it can spatter.
