1/2 medium-size pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
4 kiwifruits, peeled and diced
1 fresh red chili pepper, seeded and minced
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lemon juice and lime juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill for
at least 2 hours before serving. If refrigerated, this salsa should
keep for 4 to 5 days. Yield 3 cups.
