Salsa Cruda
6 to 8 green tomatoes
1/2 cup diced Ortega chilis
1 medium quartered onion
1 teaspoon salt
5 or less minced canned jalapeno peppers
Peel tomatoes, quarter and place in blender. Process at chop
until thoroughly chopped. Add green chilis, onion, salt, and
jalapenos. Process at blend until all ingredients are mixed.
Chill.
