3 tomatoes (or 5 Roma tomatoes), seeded and quartered
1 jalapeno or serrano
1/2 onion, quartered
5 sprigs cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
Typically, using a food processor, I will chop the onion and chili
pepper coarsely, then add the tomatoes, salt, and cilantro, and
continue processing until the consistency is how I like.
