20 Roma (Plum) tomatoes
1 or 2 onions (yellow, red or white)
1 red pepper (sweet)
1 green pepper
5 peppers of your choice (banana, serrano, jalapeno, hungarian, chiles, etc.)
2 bunches cilantro
Chop all the ingredients well (chunky but small, try to save the
juice of the tomatoes). Stir well, sprinkle with the lime juice
and salt to taste, set an hour or so and I hope you enjoy.
I've never had left overs to find out how long it lasts.
