Pork Barbecue
3-4 pound pork roast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
10 - 12 hamburger buns
Cook and flake pork roast. In a saucepan, combine all remaining
ingredients, except buns. Bring to a boil. Add meat and reheat.
(Can place in a crock pot at this point.) Serve on hamburger buns.
