Philly Cheese Steak

mushrooms
cheese, American, provolone, or Cheese Wiz
soft steak rolls
Saute the onions, peppers, and mushrooms until soft (can be done
together or separate) Fry up the chipped steak until brown (not
crispy). Separate enough steak meat for 1 sandwich and place cheese
on the meat let it warm up. Cheese can also be placed on the roll
first Place some or all onto a roll as per your taste. Can be
garnished with a pizza type sauce, hot or sweet peppers, or pickles.
