Chili Dogs
4 kielbasa links
4 brat buns
butter
4 slices cheddar cheese
8 ounces chili, canned
Split the kielbasa in half and grill in the broiler. While they're
cooking, cut the brat buns in half and butter both sides. Put under
the broiler with the kielbasa. Remove in a few minutes when they
start to brown. Put strips of Cheddar on the kielbasa until melted.
In a saucepan heat the chili. When the kielbasa are done, place
in buns. Top with chili mixture.
